WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ORDER?

We accept returns within 14 days if items are unopened and unused (customer pays shipping). Faulty products will be replaced at no cost. Email return@playpouch.me with your order number and photos to start a return.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY POUCH AUSTRALIA PRODUCT?

To keep your Play Pouch looking its best:
• Refresh: Remove toys, shake it out, and place in the dryer on low heat for 5 minutes to restore shape.
• Cleaning: Gentle spot clean recommended. For tougher dirt, use cold hand wash or gentle cold machine wash with mild detergent.
• Drying: Hang to dry in the shade. Wash separately as colours may run or fade.

• Ironing: If ironing is needed, use low heat only. Avoid labels, rope, and screen-printed designs to prevent damage.
