These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website or sales channels in Kuwait.

2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless stated otherwise. Prices include applicable taxes unless clearly stated. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time.
3. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or system errors.
4. Payment
We accept approved online payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments must be completed in full before orders are processed or shipped.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, courier issues, or public holidays. Risk passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the provided address.
6. Returns & Refunds (Kuwait)
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Customer bears return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after inspection.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and materials are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, distribute, or use them without written permission.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
10. Use of Products
Products must be used according to provided instructions. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse or negligence.

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Kuwaiti data protection regulations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
